The methodologies of micronutrientes analyses have been studied seeking a better expression of its texts in the soils and a larger adaptation to the analyses of routine of the laboratories. The efficiency of the extractors in the determination of the iron was evaluated through the use of acid extractors (Mehlich 1), in the relationship of 1:5 and 1:10, of an agent complexante (DTPA pH 7,3) and of combinated (Mehlich 3), in the relationship 1:10; the determination methodology consisted of agitation with immediate filtrate, filtrate after 16 hours of decantated and pipetate after decantação of 16 hours. The growint demand of micronutrients analysis, was avaliated the efficiency of acid extractor was evaluated (Mehlich 1), complexante (DTPA) and of the acid combination and complexante (Mehlich 3), for the determination of Zn and Cu of different representative soils of Paraná. The extractors Mehlich 1 was used in the relationship 1:5 and 1:10; Mehlich 3 in the relationship 1:10 and DTPA in the relationship 1:2. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effects of different fertilizers on the growth and mineral composition of eucalyptus seedlings. Three species of eucalyptus (E. saligna, E. grandis and E. citriodora), nine fertilizers (differing in composition and solubility - rate of nutrient liberation: high and low liberation), and 4 replications were used in this study. The eucalyptus seedlings were cultivated into plastic tubes (50cm3) with commercial substratum, under controlled conditions of illumination and irrigation, during a period of 6 months.
